We recently used W Sherry & Sons Funeral Directors – Ickenham branch – and we (Angela Marek and family) cannot recommend them highly enough. During such a difficult time, the care, professionalism and kindness shown to our family was truly exceptional. Nicky Sims, the Branch Manager, was absolutely wonderful. Nicky in the Ickenham shop was fantastic, and supported us all the way, advised and ensured the funeral was all my Mum would have expected and enjoyed. Thanks Nicky it was so appreciated. Neil lead the funeral for us and his involvement was very much appreciated. He conducted it in the same way he had for our Father and I cannot recommend Sherrys enough. The service from start to finish was absolutely 5-star! Nicky’s communication was brilliant throughout, and the rest of the team was just as excellent. I met Andy on the day, and he also contacted me beforehand. They could not have been more helpful. A massive thank you to all of you!

As overwhelming as planning a loved one’s funeral can be, we felt we were in safe hands with Nicky from the first time we met her. She has been so helpful, thoughtful and efficient. The other services recommended by her: flowers (Lauren), celebrant (Emma) and the conductor (David) all offered a five star service. We were able to give our loved one the send off she truly deserved thanks to all of you. You made a very difficult time a little easier.
