The whole team were brilliant. Anna was really kind and helpful when we went to make the arrangements for the funeral. Subsequent communication with Jackie was very good too. The team on the day were very respectful, considerate and helped us get through a difficult day as best as possible.

We felt they had our best interests at heart and they helped us in arrangements of our sons funeral. All members of the team were very helpful, treated my Dad with respect and made sure that everything ran smoothly and according to our wishes. They took the time to make sure that my Mum was comfortable during the service and were really attentive. I was particularly touched to notice Anna at the door of the office as the cortège passed by. Haven made a very difficult day easier by knowing that all our wishes were accommodated.

Brian at Haven went that extra mile to ensure my stepfather's funeral went smoothly. He sent emails and made regular phone calls to both myself and my mother (widow) to keep us informed and guided us through the whole process with sensitivity and kindness. He even helped design and have printed (on good quality card) the Order of Services and also arranged the purchase of our beautiful family flowers. I cannot fault the service we received from Haven in Long Lane Hillingdon and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.
