★☆☆☆☆ The worst managed company on the High Street. They have a problem with their intruder alarm for more than a year, keeps on going off and no one is coming to silence it for half a day if we're lucky. Last time was on for 72h. Is it too expensive to have a key holding company who can come and silence it? Spend a few hundreds from the thousands you charge when someoen dies and hire a key holding company. Old man working there is useless and very rude.
