We approached Will Case & Partners in Amesbury because they were very local to us. My sister and I were very impressed with the ease and professional manor in which Lucy conducted our enquires. Before long we had made decisions on most of the essential arrangements thanks to Lucy. There were several changes and updates made days before the funeral of which Lucy handled and confirmed with us without delay. Excellent service that we would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend. A death in the family is a very stressful occasion. When my father passed a simple phone call saw them arrive promptly (on a sunday). Alan and his team were very professional & courteous. My father wouldve been delighted with his coffin & the cremation service they provided. The chapel of rest although an emotional experience was made as pleasant as possible by Lucy & my father looked how I remembered him before his illness. I would recommend using a family run firm over a corporate funeral directors any day of the week.
