They provided an excellent service for us. They organised everything and answered any questions promptly. On the day of Mum’s funeral they were so lovely and professional. We didn’t have to worry about anything, we could just focus on the day. I would definitely recommend them

I don't ever leave reviews but felt I had to because as a family, we really could not have got through this time without Franklin and Hawkins. From the first phone call to Carol who helped us with our arrangements and sorted everything out, up until the day, and that was just perfect. My Aunt had told us she really wanted to have one last drive through Solihull and go by where she used to live on the way to the crematorium and this was sorted with no hesitation. We would recommend this funeral directors to all. Thank you.

Losing my Dad was so difficult, but Theresa was was amazing. She showed so much compassion and understanding of what we were going through. From collecting Dad from home, through to the funeral, everything was explained to us and our wishes respected. We couldn't have given Dad a better send off. I attended my uncle's funeral on 3rd October. Franklin & Hawkins were extremely understanding, helpful, empathetic, supportive, and professional to our family leading up to the day with every detail of the planning and needs of the entire family. Throughout the day we knew this wonderful team would continue to provide us with their genuine care, and then memories to cherish. Theresa, Nik, and Jason were discreetly attentive to my elderly, frail mother, such kindness meant so much.
