Rebecca was amazing from start to finish. Every phone call and email with her was handled with genuine care and professionalism. Much of our communication was by email, and I always received quick, informative responses and never once felt like a burden.
The meeting to discuss the funeral never felt rushed, and Rebecca ensured that every member of the family was given the opportunity to speak and have their say, which meant a great deal to us.

Today ( 24 -2-25 ) was the day of my mother's funeral. We rang this morning to ask if it was possible to view the funeral via web cam . A lady called Tracey answered the phone .and was very rude and had no compassion. Her words was ( no theres no web cam and by the way I'm busy and put the phone down. How rude and a lovely way to treat a Grieving person. Absolute Discracefull

I have spoken with Tracey there and found her attitude could do with improving not the right attitude for dealing with grieving families very disapointed
