Karen and her team arranged and attended my mum, Lyn Larder's, funeral on the 28th April, in a very professional and considerate manner. The funeral director Karen was so caring and empathetic throughout the whole process, I couldn't have asked for any better. Thank you! Naomi Snelling

We used John Taylor this year after our gorgeous Dad passed away . We mostly dealt with Nicola who was absolutely amazing. She was kind , caring and considerate. She was extremely professional whilst also being extremely sympathetic and knowledgeable. The whole process was explained to us and organised in line with what we wanted .We would definitely recommend this company .

Excellent support, particularly as I had to arrange from a different geographical location. The staff group were all very supporting, kind an considerate throughout the process. Very grateful for everything.

My dear Nan passed away from covid in January 2021. We were scheduled to see her at job Taylor's funeral home an we completely understood that due to covid it was to be a closed coffin ..but when we arrived there we was met by the staff, the staff were in there normal clothes somewhat creased an in ironed.the one lady was very unsympathetic an quite abrupt. On going in I was absolutely shocked to what we witnessed..my poor Nan was pushed up against two bowing doors..She was on a gurney with a dirty old blanket type rug, there was one old picture on the wall, no tissues,, no flowers,, no candl

Robert appeared to be a lovely man but also forgetful and disorganised, not qualities you expect in a funeral director. During the meeting we agreed on a date and time for the funeral, I rang the venue for the wake to confirm they were available and finalised the details with Robert. We were also asked to choose the Order of Service booklet from a very limited selection, none of which we were really happy with and had to pick the best of what was available. On the
