I would like to express my gratitude to georgette and her crew for such a lovely send off for my beloved mum. The horses looked amazing and the crew were absolutely fantastic, and very professional. From the moment my mum was in their care at the heart of England she was treated with the most respect and was made to look just how she would of liked. The Heart of England Co op Funerals have been outstanding dealing with the arrangements for my late mother. Georgette made the whole process alot easier, we felt at ease and reassured at all times.
