From the moment I rang Harrisons I received nothing but the very best help and advice. Kelly was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble to her. She explained everything perfectly to me. Then Julia, the celebrant came to see us and she was exceptional as well. We ended up with a wonderful story of Richards life. She made some lovely leaflets for all the people at the crematorium. Losing someone you love is a very traumatic experience and I cannot praise W S Harrison enough for the caring professionalism that they showed myself and my family from the initial encounter to the final farewell. Nothing was a problem to anyone from the staff at the chapel of rest to Robert himself who organised the whole day. From the very first contact right through the process Michael and all of his colleagues provided an outstanding service. I used Harrison’s for my fathers funeral in January and I can’t speak highly enough about the service i and my family received.
