Its coming close to the 13th anniversary of my mum Ethel passing. I find it very difficult to find the right words to express the amazing service we received. Its also coming up to the 4th anniversary of my brother micks funeral. No matter how much I would say thank you to chris and his staff it wouldn't feel enough, chris and his staff went beyond everything I could imagine for my ex royal Marine brother. We had royal marines there from Plymouth, also the bugalist. With covid still going on and a limit on how many people it was a amazing send off. The vehicles were new and what we wanted. E

on the 21/09/22 this company was trusted to remove the body of my beloved uncle. I know the job would not have been easy for anyone to do due to the condition he was found in. However this company massively let my family and my uncle down as when they came to remove him they failed to remove all of his remaining skeleton. This lead to me, a 19 year old girl having to make the heartbreaking discovery of my uncles bones just a few days after they had "removed" him. As you can imagine this has lead to a lot of distress and trauma due to the lack of this companies care in their job. We then procee
