Very professional, polite, comforting time spent with Jill at Co-op funeral care in Stone organising my mums funeral. Jill made the whole process very personal, even making suggestions on how we can make mums day all about a celebration of mums life, asking what colour ties we would like the funeral team to wear and being at the end of the telephone for our 101 questions. Shocking treatment ! Our mother’s funeral was scheduled for 8:00am, yet at around 5:30pm the evening before, we received a call from staff at the Stone office cancelling the arrangements.
