The co op funeral care was very professional and caring, from the 1st steps to the last. Taking care of Mum and showing us so much compassion. Special thank you to Jill, who was so very helpful throughout the whole process.

Co op stone has recently dealt with my dad's funeral and I have nothing but praise and gratitude for this company in particular Jill Forkin, she was caring ,professional and more than anything she made the whole experience alot easier .I felt safe and comforted that my dad was looked after with respect and care .I would like to thank the Co operative as a whole for dealing with what was a very sad and heartbreaking time from me and my family Dianne Chatterton.

We were left with no guidance, no support, and no idea what was happening — only hours before the funeral. After numerous calls, we eventually managed to reach a senior director Lee who stepped in and did his
