Alison, Chris & Marj all provided their best service and made my mums send off as smooth as possible. Alison provided excellent service and communication throughout, when visiting my mum in the chapel of rest she made it lovely and even played music which we chose for the funeral. She communicated fast, easy to talk to and to my wishes into consideration everytime. On the day of the funeral Chris made sure everything went as smooth as possible - even when the third car got a flat tyre! He kept everyone calm and reassured us all we would be there with plenty of time. Marj was excellent she work

Unfortunately had to use the services of COOP Funeralcare at their MEIR Branch. From start to finish the attention they gave to my dad, who had passed away and my family was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The main person we dealt with was ALISON, who was lovely, really attentive and always on hand for advice. There was no hard sell on organising the funeral, we had what we wanted, to give my dad, a really nice send off.
