Incredibly disappointing experience with Towers and Son funeral services. Multiple errors made, refusal to apologise for their mistakes, lack of impartiality, just total commitment to a single person with no regard whatsoever to the thoughts, feelings and welfare of every other individual connected to the deceased. If you (the client) are an estranged wife or husband and out to punish your recently deceased ex and their family then Towers and son are the funeral directors for u. There is no duty of care to all family and friends with this company and nor will they mediate. They most definitely won't try to stay fair and impartial. This company are more than willing to stop your estranged partners loving family from having any hair clippings, fingerprints or viewing their loved one.
