This is the 4th time we have used the Co-op for the funeral of our loved ones and thankfully Kim has always been the main point of contact for us. Kim has always been amazing and demonstrated total understanding of the emotional turmoil the family experience. Albeit it challenging at times because of constant changes and alterations. The service has always felt personal as well as totally professional. Alongside Kim, her colleagues have also been very kind, helpful and always offered a friendly service. Thanks to Kim 4 all her support for Dad's (Norman's) cremation. My goodness me!!! My brother, who was not paying for the cremation, 'phoned Kim with different email addresses, timings etc. Kim was patient, gracious and Stoic. Dad's cremation was beautifully managed. The moment was for my Dad. Kim understands families, gives great advice, is patient and helpful. Hugs Kim, from Cathy
