From the first contact with Connor, Manager at Kingsthorpe to the sad day of the funeral and after, the Co-op Funeralcare team members were excellent: compassionate, understanding, professional but with really good hearts. Communication throughout was timely and direct. They were thorough when explaining options and helpful with suggestions of what would be appropriate with a good knowledge of Catholic tradition, which was important to us.
Andrew, the Funeral Director was a breath of fresh air from the phone call two days prior to the wonderful attention to detail and dignity for the day maki
