Was left upset and disappointed after my mother's prepaid funeral was not able to view in chapel if rest until the Sunday before her funeral which was early on Tuesday morning in spite of the fact mum had passed on the 15 and the funeral was the 5th of the following month failed to place my grandchildrens wreath onto the hearse In spite of her only having 4 altogether tried to say that florist had only delivered one then returned after we had left finally admin it was there and they had forgotten it a complaint was lodged and when contacted by manager she said I understand your dad had a pre
