On the first anniversary of my uncle's death, I still remember the wonderful service I received from JB Shakespeare. I am based in Scotland so funeral arrangements had to be made by phone/email. Tricia and Peter were so caring, kind and supportive, and they thought of everything. On the day of the funeral, they placed a framed photograph of my uncle on the coffin.
