Planning my husband’s funeral with the Co-Op was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It was definitely a five star service.
I have never had to plan a funeral before and to be honest, I found the prospect rather daunting. The funeral staff at the Croydon and Thorton Heath branches were especially so patient, supportive and caring. The minister and funeral director and staff were so friendly, helpful and professional, right up to the day of funeral. I especially appreciated the call afterwards to find out if l was ok.
