We have used J.A.Clark & Son since 1989, and we used them again for my aunt's funeral on the 21st of May, 2026. Charles & his wife Lisa (?), were very sympathetic, and very helpful, making the funeral organisation easy, and with no stress. The flowers we ordered to go on the coffin, were exactly what we wanted & they were beautiful. I have known Susan for a long time, and i did meet her, and Anthony conducted the funeral service according to our wishes, and as discussed. Thank you

Charlie very gently guided us through the various options and we were able to personalise everything so that we achieved the send off we wanted. I have had contact with this company since 1982 for nearly 20 years professionally when I was working as secretary for the Catholic Church in Union Street, Barnet. They were not only very efficient but added great sensitivity, courtesy and dignity for the many funerals held in the church. All aspects of my mother’s funeral arrangements were meticulously dealt with, with empathy and compassion. From her physical collection at the care home, for which I was present, to everything else to do with what is a difficult thing to organise when in such deep grief. Emails were responded to promptly, explanations I required to do with various steps were clear and easy to understand.
