It was difficult to book an appointment due to staff sickness, When we did meet, the staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Although a difficult time they made it easy to make the arrangements, In a clean welcoming site. Also having a fabulous lady celebrant, who helped make it a suitable and fitting service for our mum, Do check addresses has we were given the wrong address for where to send the flowers to.
