Dear Donna, On behalf of myself and my family I just wanted to say a big thank-you to you and all the staff at Garner‘s funeral services for the professionalism, courtesy, respect shown to my father and the close families and for simply holding our hand from beginning to end on this journey we have shared. Your team on the day of the funeral were exceptional and a special, thanks to David who co-ordinated everything with such simplicity. Garners were just so supportive and gentle at this very sad time. Donna explained everything when we first went to arrange the funeral and was communicating with my sister and I throughout the process. Donna gave extra support to my sister who was finding everything overwhelming. Laura the celebrant met with us and truly listened to our wishes and also suggested some additions to the service. We would like to thank the whole team at Garner's for helping to make the recent funeral of a very dear elderly friend a very memorable, happy and personal occasion ... it was perfect !!! From the very beginning, meeting with Donna to the actual event carried out by Howard and his team we were helped and supported along the way. The costs were very reasonable and never at any time were we pushed in any direction which made us feel awkward or uncomfortable, think this is a very important point to make !!! We first met David while attending a funeral at our church. We have since used Garners twice, most recently for our uncle. The service from Donna was professional, considerate and complete.
