Alex was absolutely wonderful during the process of arranging mums funeral. The day went well and we were delighted with the special touches made without our knowledge. We really appreciated the calm, caring attitude of Alex and all staff before and after the funeral, the down to earth attitude made us feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you all.

I was dreading the day we had to walk into the office. Alex, however, made the whole experience a lot easier. We were able to come in, drink cups of tea and go over the difficult details whilst, have a laugh and a giggle at old memories of mum. Not something I expected but i am so thankful for. Thank you.

Absolutely blown away by the friendly, kind, warm and professional service received here. From the moment we stepped through the door, Peter made us so relaxed. He was so helpful and patient. Alex and Helen were also so accommodating and made one of the most difficult times much less stressful. They recommend the celebrant Beaulieu who was also fantastic and the bag piper Bob Ash. Flowers by Liz was also recommended and the flowers on the day were so perfect. They also had lots of patience in helping to compile the order of service. Funeral went smoothly with branch checking before and after to make sure all was ready and went as planned, on the day everything was in place as planned. Second time in 6 months I have had to use their services both times good service.
