So glad we acted upon the recommendation to use Doves to organise our Mums funeral. At such a distressing time they provided an effortless, efficient and professional service. Just some inadequate words to praise everyone at Doves, Swanley. Karen, Donna and the whole team were outstanding. From the very first meeting in the branch with Karen we knew we were in very, very safe hands.
