Following the registration of my husband’s death my children accompanied me to the branch in Swanley. We were received with the utmost care and consideration by Charlene who explained the process in detail. She was very kind and understanding. She explained everything clearly and answered all questions that we had. We used the services of Scott as our Celebrant who was also very kind and who managed to capture the details of my husband’s life accurately with a bit of tweaking of information from myself.
