A very professional service from start to finish. We asked a lot from the staff as living overseas created problems for us but everything was taken care of and couldnt have been better in any way. They liased with the crematorium to locate a family grave and expedited the ashes quickly so they could be laid by us before our imminent return home. Would recommend them wholeheartedly. Scales Funeral Services gave us excellent service arranging all aspects of the funeral for my brother and we can recommend them very highly. I have recently had the saddest experience of my life losing my wonderful husband but I was guided through every step with compassion and kindness from all members of staff at this establishment.
