My dear brother sadly passed away recently. He always expressed his wishes were to have a direct cremation with no mourners. I personally would have preferred to arrange a traditional cremation as I feel it offers closure for family members and I felt at odds with the fact that there would be no ceremony to attend. That said, I had to respect his wishes and I am so grateful I appointed a local co-op funeral service. Niki and Amie were understanding and caring throughout the whole process of laying my mum to rest. Everything was well organised and I felt at ease knowing everything was in hand. She had a lovely send off and I would recommend 100% especially for someone like me who didn't have a clue what to do.

Following the passing of my Dad I chose Co-op Funeralcare, this was the first time I've had to deal with funeral arrangements however the whole process was made super easy by Amber. Despite being an incredibly difficult period and a funeral on Christmas Eve no less, Amber was extremely kind and compassionate, every visit to the branch I was always greeted by the warmest of smiles (also many brews) and honestly at times I forgot why I was there in the first place as she took my mind off everything. She is genuinely amazing at her job. Thank you Amber and the rest of the team, I can't recommen
