We recently had to organise a double family funeral 2 family members passed away within a week of each other - from the first meeting with Summer I was put at ease and felt totally understood. After this Elliot supported me and us through the joint ceremony - the kindness, compassion and time given was fantastic - Elliot went above and beyond what I would have expected of his role. He was sensitive, caring and also enabled and supported my brother and son to assist with carrying the coffin. Its not something any of us want to or would do by choice,but inevitably death is a sad fact of life that we will all succumb to at some point. By nature, it's never going to be easy to arrange a loved ones funeral, but Elliot, together with Lisa, who assisted initially, helped us to navigate all of the options, to build in some bespoke requests, find a suitable celebrant and offer support and advice.
