My husband was at home on end of life care. He wished to have a no fuss cremation and after discussing our options, we decided to go with Celebration of Life, and I’m so glad we did! I dealt mainly with Shona ( customer care manager) and from my initial contact with the company and throughout, she was very supportive and caring, at what is such a difficult time. I also spoke with Jake and Rebecca, but could always ask for Shona, if she was on duty. Rebecca and her colleagues made the most difficult time of my life so much easier thanks to their kindness, humanity, flexibility, and availability. I felt guided every step of the way, and if I ever had a question - I was able to reach someone via phone/email straight away. I appreciated that each colleague I spoke to, referred to my mum by her name, and they made sure to offer support wherever possible. My dad recently passed away 24/12/25. He had arranged his cremation with celebration of life, I can’t say I was happy as it felt strange, we are used to cremations/burials that you attend and then the wake. But after speaking to the staff on the calls I was so impressed. At no point did I not know where my dad was , they let me know the cremation time and date.
