It’s so vitally important that the arrangements for a funeral of a loved one are conducted with the upmost professionalism, compassion and with a priority on attention to detail. Caring and compassionate when dealing with my father's direct cremation. The lady I dealt with mainly, adjusted how she handled her interactions with me as I am fairly clued up on these things.
