Firstly, my polite and genuine advice to anyone unsure of who to call when their loved one has just passed, call Aaran straight away! He made a harrowing time at 3am so much easier and took such good care of myself and my darling wife from her immediate passing all the way through to me taking her home after cremation. I felt well supported by Aaran and Ethan immediately and they could not have been more helpful, caring and respectful. Aaron was caring and professional from the very beginning. He was helpful and supportive from the time of collecting my mother to her funeral. My head was all over the place and he never made me feel that the changes I made were a nuisance to him. He checked in with me to make sure I was ok, and made a difficult time so much easier. His guidance and attentiveness helped ease my pain and anxiety. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through the loss of a loved one.
