We contacted Palmers after a recent bereavement. Palmers were absolutely wonderful in helping and advising us. The ultimate professionals. Compassionate and understanding they could not do enough for us in dealing with a very difficult time. All the staff were great, in particular Crystal and Matthew. So respectful and caring. Their actions turned a difficult day into a treasured memorable day sending off our loved one. Can highly recommend their services.
★★★★★
They were very compassionate and caring during this extremely sad time. They kept in touch and guided me through everything I would need to do. The celebrant they chose was very helpful and he made it so much easier for me. On the day of the funeral service the funeral director was caring and professional and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Palmers have been incredible sorting the funeral of my darling mum, and Sadie in particular has been extremely supportive, helpful, and organised. She kept me in the loop in making sure the funeral service and everything else was as good as possible. She found me Zoe Wray, an amazing celebrant and took all of my and mums wishes on board with great care. I will never forget this kindness at the worst time of my life, and world recommend Palmers to anyone. Thank you x

I was extremely pleased the way the funeral was organised and generally dealt with. Everyone was kind, considerate, helpful, but not intrusive in any way. At such a unhappy time, they help you through all the process, before, during and after.

Wow what a difference 12 months can make! Lost 2 family members in 2024 and couldn't fault Palmers and or staff, they were amazing. However, Jump forward to August 2025 and an absolute shambles and disgrace!!!. Coffin was NOT made to fit....Dad was and looked like he had been thrown into coffin. They didn't appear to even know where my Dad was being stored, could of been Manchester, Tiverton or Honiton! Staff agreed that coffin wasn't made to fit and said they would make Dad comfortable for trip to Crematorium. We raised a complaint, they agreed to reduce the cost by £400 upon receiving new
