Nothing but the highest praise to Crews & Son Exmouth. Both my parents passed away within a month of each other earlier this year... I cannot thank your team enough for the care, compassion and professionalism shown during such a difficult time for our family. Organising a double funeral is no small task, yet everything was handled with such dignity & sensitivity. It really made all the difference.
A very special mention must go to Carley, who supported us throughout the entire process. Her kindness, patience and understanding were exceptional. She guided us every step of the way, always ta

I initially called at a weekend and spoke with the out-of-hours team at Dignity who were helpful & sympathetic. They advised I would receive a call first thing on Monday morning from Crews which I did. Mark was excellent. He was compassionate, friendly & professional throughout the difficult time of arranging my Dad's funeral. Appointments were made with the minimum of fuss and nothing felt pressured or rushed. I really didn't have to worry as Mark took care of everything & it helped me to feel better knowing that Dad was safe and cared for by Mark & his team. Would highly recommend Crews & So

Very professional and efficient, Paul kept in touch regularly and made the whole experience very easy in a difficult time. He also draped our fathers coffin with the RAF flag which was a lovely touch. The team met us at the crematorium and were kind and considerate to our wishes. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Mark from Crews & Son was brilliant from our first meeting to the day of the funeral.
Mark was very kind, understanding and proffesional and helped us at a most difficult time. His sensitivity to our mum was second to none and the organisation at this difficult time made for a very pleasant funeral.
yours faithfully

Having never arranged a funeral before, I was quite anxious about dealing with my mother's recently. I was fortunate that she had already bought a funeral plan so it was all pre-paid and there were few decisions to make. Having said that, there still would have been room for difficulties, had the family not had the terrific support from Mark and his team. Everything was just perfect - he recommended a minister who was kind and understanding and a florist that produced exactly the right wreath. Everything was taken care of and we had very little to do. Everything went well on the day and I
