In the past year my family have employed Peasgood and skeates as funeral directors for two family members. Both times the service they have provided and professionalism we received was absolutely excellent, caring and empathetic. From start to finish the communication was again excellent. When ever a family member wanted to pay respects in there chapel of rest the staff went out of there way to ensure an appointment was made. Every single experience with the team at Haverhill branch was flawless. From speaking to us over the phone to personal meetings to discuss the process in a time of grief were handled in professional, kind. dignified and respectful way. I cannot put into words just how amazing the staff at the Haverhill branch are , especially Tony, he has gone above and beyond helping me sort a headstone for my son William . There has been a lot of work involved and Tony has worked tirelessly to make sure that I could finally have Williams final resting place memorialised as I wanted. The amount of care and support given in person , over the phone and in person is nothing short of phenomenal.
