From the moment my sister and I entered the Hope Funerals shop we have been treated with kindness and respect. Even though things were sometimes delayed on our part, Hope remained patient with us, and nothing was too much trouble before, during or after the direct cremation of our mother. We were kept well informed and if we had any queries someone would always be on the end of a phone line. The service provided at the crematorium was very moving which brought several more members of the family to tears. We also received mum's ashes back within a few days of the cremation.
