Clearly very experienced Tony in particular helped me navigate my way through the process, backed up by Mary. I lost my Mum earlier in the year and contacted Lovegrove Tilehurst without a clue as to what the next steps might be. I spoke with Mary who instantly put my mind in a better place by being very informative of what needed to happen, open about costs and reassuring of the service that they have provided.
