Outstanding service Ruth was amazing she organised to perfection the most difficult day of my life - professional warm caring and efficient helping me give mum the send off I wanted. All the staff I spoke to from the first conversation with Francesca to being transferred to Emily were excellent at what they do - as was the gentleman who arrived with the hearse on the day of funeral (apologies I can’t recall his name ) I cannot thank you all enough I am forever grateful x RUTH you are a very special person xxx

Ruth and her colleague are amazing after the treatment we got with the co-op. We walked in and told her what had happened. We asked if we could go with them. She was lovely put us at ease. Found where they had put our mum. And got all the things done what we had to do . We haven't had the funeral yet. But had to put this. As I am sure that everything will be perfect. I even gave her a hug we were so relieved what they had done for us.❤️

I would like to thank Francesca for helping arrange the funeral and all the details from strat to Finnish and taking out any stress that might be. She was kind , thoughtful and very sympathetic to our needs. And I would also like to thank Simon and his team who lead us though the service with professionalism and ease. Ruth was amazing, really helpful, knowledgeable & did everything she could to ensure my husband's funeral was as perfect as it could be, from the design of the coffin, ensuring we had a fantastic celebrant, designing the order of service & organising the florist. She made the whole process stress free & treated the family sensitively. I cannot recommend A. B. Walkers highly enough.
