This was recently a Trustpilot review that was written 18 months ago, but due to having to deactivate my Trustpilot account, I did not want to erase my review with The CO-OP Funeralcare in Chippenham as they were absolutely brilliant.
When my father passed away after a long battle with dementia, we were looking for a Funeral Director who would step up to the mark to take care of my father with dignity and respect.

Well words cannot express how grateful I am to Sophie and Emma. From the minute I walked through the doors, Sophie and Emma made me feel so welcome. This was uncharted territory for me, and my head was very clouded over the loss of my wife. Worried sick as to how I was going to deal with all of this, Sophie and Emma took care of everything. Their care and loving nature really shone through in every way. These ladies where on the ball and honestly all my worries became their worries.
