I cannot rate Richard’s services highly enough. During the most difficult time he simply took over the organising of my mum’s funeral from start to finish. After detailed consultations he arranged everything to perfection. There was not one thing I would have changed. During such a stressful time you don’t always remember or pay attention to what’s happening outside your emotional “bubble” but Richard had everything in hand and provided gentle prompts and reminders when needed.
