First of all I would like to thank Alison for her patience and care in helping me through the process of planning the service for Ian. From the jumble of thoughts in my mind she managed to extract the details to form a fitting tribute. I would also like to give a huge thank you to Piers who took us through the service with just the right balance of sadness and humour. Wow! I have used this service three times for my Parents and more recently my husband, I cannot recommend them enough from start to finish there was excellence shown throughout the whole process. The organisation of the funeral was excellent and went without a hitch. The care and attention demonstrated was phenomenal before, during AND after the event. I would like to commend Megan (the Magnificent) for her individual care and attention, she was amazing, giving great comfort in a difficult time. From day 1 I dealt with Alison and she was absolutely amazing. She helped us every step of the way and made my Dad feel comfortable after suddenly losing my Mum. I used the Coop when my dad died 10 years ago and I was very pleased with their funeral services then. My mum prepaid her funeral costs with the Coop and, following her recent passing, I have needed them again. Alison and Megan were extremely helpful and understanding; nothing was too much for them and they proactively helped mum get the funeral she had wanted. Thankyou so much.
