At our first meeting he guided us through every step and explained everything and listened to our needs putting us at ease. Rob was brilliant. He explained the process really well and demonstrated that he cared. Although we had a direct cremation, he still asked questions about our loved one and said he like to know something about the person. I felt that my Auntie would have been looked after.
