My brother passed away it was the ambulance crew who suggested the coop . And i have to say from start to finish i was so happy with how they delt with me and the care they showed my brother . My brother had a direct cremation and step by step they kept me informed. He was returned to me this week . I would truly recommend the coop

I was very happy with Co-op FuneralCare. My brother Paul's funeral went very smoothly. They were very friendly and helpful, when I changed the format. The funeral was very well organised. Melanie, Zoe and Sarah Garg, were all very professional. I highly recommend Co-op FuneralCare. Nikola Wootton

Absolutely fantastic, from start to finish. not everyone is the same not everyone deals with this situation the same and they understand this.... We don't do funerals and we wanted a direct cremation my husband couldn't deal with it so they were happy for me to take his place... Not once did I feel uncomfortable not once did I feel we were judged. They kept us up to date with phone calls telling me about the next steps when the cremation was to happen and where and when roughly the ashes would be back. As soon as the ashes returned to them they were on the phone to me and I collected them the

1 Star Very disappointed with the service from Co-op Funeralcare. They refused to come out or make reasonable arrangements to discuss funeral plans with a family member who is too ill to attend in person. At a time when compassion and understanding should come first, we were met with a complete lack of empathy and support. Discussing a funeral is already difficult enough without being made to feel like an inconvenience. The whole experience felt cold, dismissive, and uncaring. If you want a funeral service that treats people with respect and dignity, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
