I was completely overwhelmed as many are when dealing with a bereavement and I was recommended to albert pratts in Wilsden. I honestly would give more than 5 stars if I could! From start to finish dealing with Helen and Jill has been a smooth process. They are exceptionally well informed, easy to communicate with and reassuring. They carry themselves with such distinguished style showcasing the heritage of their business. Both gentlemen and Jill were dressed beautifully on the day, everything ran smoothly under their guidance and I could not thank them enough!
