From the first meeting to the funeral Rachael Kirk was extremely supportive and helpful. Her excellent professionalism and admirable personal qualities were a true blessing in our time of need. In addition, the entire team offered a superb service. It was clear that our mother had been looked after very well and she was dressed immaculately. The drivers and office staff were exceptionally polite, courteous and extremely respectful to our mother. We couldn't have wished for more and we are very grateful for what we received.

Rachel and Helen guided and supported myself and my dad when arranging my mum’s funeral, and were sympathetic and understanding throughout.
