I would like to express my sincere thanks to Stephanie, Joanne and the rest of the team for the care and compassion shown while arranging my mother-in-law, Elsie Mills, funeral last week. Having also supported us during my father-in-law’s funeral, it meant so much that Stephanie already knew our family and my mother-in-law, which made everything feel far more personal. I would like to thank these amazing ladies for their kindness, strength, love & support. Loosing my grandad 6 months ago & they went above & beyond to care for him and us as a broken family. To then 4 months after loose our nan and knowing our nan would be cared for & we would have these ladies once again with us as a family at such a heartbreaking time was such a comfort. Last week Stephanie and her team conducted my Mother in Law’s day … I don’t think it could have been dealt with in a more loving and manner! So respectful and caring , Steph even conducted the service in an away you would believe she had known our Pauline, all her life!
