Being a first bereavement of the family member in the UK ,we were in a state of shock and were worried about the funeral formalities to arrange. Extremely Disappointed – Added Stress at an Already Difficult Time We were extremely unhappy with the service we received. The funeral arrangements were handled by a very young and clearly inexperienced staff member, which led to several issues. Key details were missed, communication was poor, and we constantly had to chase for updates ourselves. To make matters worse, the hearse arrived dirty, with mud inside, which was completely unacceptable. When we raised our concerns, our calls were ignored and no real effort was made to address our complaints. This experience added unnecessary stress
