I cannot praise this funeral director's enough. We unfortunately lost our son around 20 weeks into pregnancy. When it came to funeral care, the hospital mentioned the co-op funeral director's in Weoley Castle as an option, and we are very glad that we chose them to look after our son. I was requested as a Celebrant by the family, for a service with the Weoley Castle team this week. I found them to be excellent. The Funeral Arrangers had a great eye for detail, were highly professional in all communications, and they cared for the family with kindness & compassion. At the service, the Funeral Director Nicky was impeccable, respectfully guiding the family through the service, and offering warm hugs when needed. She carefully took two yellow roses from the flower display & gave them to the Chief Mourners as they got into the hearse after the service -such a thoughtful touch.

Unfortunately had need of a funeral service for my child. Was recommended Co-op by a bereavement councillor. Would highly recommend. The lady who helped us Paula was very friendly and professional. Happy with the service received and they didn't seem out to make money from the pain of others.
