Central Co-op Funeral - Kingstanding

I used co-op Kingstanding for my mother’s funeral recently. The help and compassion from the staff there was excellent from the first day I arranged the funeral I had information and help to point me in the right direction. They looked after me and my family on the day and made things easier for us , considerate and caring. Thank you

Recently used the Hawthorn Coop for my mums funeral. From the planning, to the day of the funeral, was all handled with compassion and care. As a family we were updated with all plans and given advice as and when needed. The staff on the day of the funeral were exceptional, showing our family such kindness. We recently used this Hawthorne branch to arrange mom's funeral. From day 1 Claire went above and beyond for us, she's caring, compassionate, professional and amazing at her job. We as a family felt as ease knowing mom was so well looked after whilst in the co ops care. Every part of the arranging process was made so much easier with Claire by our side guiding us through step by step. Holly another member of the team also went above and beyond and was always so caring and happy to help in anyway she could. We didn't think we would be using moms pre pay plan within a year of buying it, but it was so nice to see the same staff at the branch to help us put the finishing touches to moms funeral. Clare was so down to earth and kind as were all of the team who I spoke to. Communication was excellent and I trusted them from day one. Everything went like clockwork on the day- even down to the weather and we will happily continue to use the COOP in the future.

I would like to thank the co op funeral Hawthorne rd for the lovely send off they gave today for my mom. They took care of everything even the little personal touches. They were so considerate and caring.. The flowers were absolutely beautiful too .. we couldn't be happier. myself and my family would like to give a special thank you to Tracy.. so thank you Tracy for everything u did today and for making my mom's final journey special.. my family and I really appreciate u all.
