All staff were very helpful, patient, freindly and responsive from my first call late on a Saturday night when my father died. I was kept updated at all times and the staff were easy to contact at any time. The team were very supportive at the funeral and made everything run smoothly and to my wishes.

This is the second time we have used H&P and all I can say is what wonderful service they gave us. The meetings we had before the ceremony and the information we received was second to none. It felt like they held our hands and looked after us through the whole process. Nigel and his team are so professional, from the way they look, to the gleaming cars that took my Dad to his final place. All we can say is a big thank you for all you did for us from The Rowley Family.
