They were all so grateful to receive the bag of goodies & get a drink & biscuits. They loved writing on the In memory hearts & putting them on the tree. We used the Southam branch when my Mother passed and Caroline Burns made the whole process so easy. We felt comforted, supported and couldn't have asked for a better person to go through this difficult time with. We had no idea what we would need to do but that didn't matter and Caroline went above and beyond for us. She made a very difficult time so much easier. The order of service was superb.
