Jonathan is an incredible resource and helped us to organise all elements of the funeral from guiding us through the process of registering the death to the service itself. Jonathan was very responsive, even to the point of liaising with us in Australia and the US. I believe with the company being family run they offer more personal touches and genuine care & attention not only to my Nana but also towards my family and how we wished her day to be.
